1 - Delivery methods

The products will be sent to the address of delivery indicated during the process of order provided that this one is included in the zones of authorized delivery. 2 - Delivery times

3 - Receipt, inspection of goods and complaints

In the event of your absence, if you have not informed the carrier or if you have not requested a delivery by appointment, we may be billed by the carriers for representation costs. In this case, you will be billed again. If you do not pay this additional cost, the goods will not be delivered, and a refund will be made, after deduction of the return transport costs.
