Major Case

The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten working days of the date on which it becomes aware of them.

The two parties will then meet, within a period of three months, unless impossible due to force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will be continued.

If the case of force majeure lasts longer than one month, the present general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.

Expressly, the following are considered as force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals: blockage of means of transport, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, lightning, stoppage of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks external to the customers.


No partial validation

If one or several stipulations of the present general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.




1 - Shipping method

The products will be sent to the address of delivery indicated during the process of order under reserve that this one is included in the zones of authorized delivery. 2 - Delivery times

The delivery times announced are for information purposes only and are provided by the service providers, GLS, UPS, Kuehne Nagel or Rocca Transport. Bonbonrama cannot be held responsible for delivery times that are not respected if the order has been shipped within the announced time frame, i.e. within 24 hours following the validation of the order, if the order is placed after 8:00 am (excluding weekends and holidays). In the case of payment by bank transfer, these deadlines apply from the date of receipt of the transfer.

3 - Reception, control of products and Complaints

If, at the time of the delivery, the external aspect of the parcel is not perfect, the Client will proceed to its opening in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the state of the products or will deposit a reserve with the deliverer. Our responsibility for the delivery of our products in good condition is engaged if and only if the transport is made by a carrier chosen by us. Our responsibility stops when the goods are received by you. We cannot guarantee the integrity of the product if it is delivered by a forwarding agent or by a mail order retailer or if it is poorly stored.


Applicable law

The present general conditions are subject to French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules. In case of dispute or claim, the customer will apply in priority to ARITI FRANCE - BONBONRAMA.COM for an amicable solution.
