1 - What do your pictograms on the photos mean?

*

Our response:

icone-stamp-dluo-EN.png This pictogram indicates that the product on which it appears is a product with an expiry date (Date de Durabilité Minimale or Date limite d'utilisation Optimale).

icone-stamp-bio.png AB stands for Agriculture Biologique (organic farming). Products bearing this pictogram are certified ORGANIC by the manufacturer.

Products with the sun pictogram crossed out mean that they will not be sold in hot weather.

Sweets bearing the Halal pictogram are produced with Halal certification.

Orders containing at least one product with this pictogram will automatically be sent by pallet.

The vegan logo certifies that the sweets are Vegan certified.

2 - What are your delivery times?

*

Our response: This depends on the delivery department and the volume to be delivered. If you place your order before 8am, your order will be prepared in the morning and picked up by our service provider at the end of the morning. The goods leave from Bouches du Rhône, in the south of France. Depending on the weight, volume or nature of your order, we ship by GLS, KUEHNE NAGEL or Rocca for Corsica.

Parcel shipments by GLS are the fastest. Transport can take 24 hours when your delivery department is located in the southern half of France. And 48 hours for those further north.

For large orders transported on a pallet (by KUEHNE NAGEL), transport can take up to 4 working days. These are the times announced by our carrier and this is what we find. Sometimes, in remote and isolated areas, transport can take 1 or 2 days longer. In major cities, transport times are shorter (sometimes only 2 days for Lyon, for example).

Please take weekends and public holidays into account. There is no road transport on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

3 - Why are there no BBDs on your product sheets?

*

Our response: First of all, there is no best-before date on confectionery products, but rather a best-before or best-before date.

here are the explanations from the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control

**

The best-before date is an indication from the manufacturer that allows him to guarantee all the taste and nutritional qualities if the sweet is eaten before the date indicated. Once this date has passed, it is not forbidden to sell the product, nor is it dangerous to eat it. For example, in the case of jellies, the candy may become less soft, drier or less flavoured over time.

Secondly, as we receive goods every day, and as we have almost 600 references in our catalogue (and this figure is growing all the time), it is impossible for us to modify each file each time a pallet ends and we start a new one. To put your mind at rest, you should know that manufacturers give a best-before date of 2 or 3 years and that we order each reference from one to 10 times a year. And if a sweet isn't selling as well as we'd like and the best-before date or expiration date is approaching (less than 4 months away, on average), we're quick to sell out the product and post a notice on the site.

4 - I'm a professional and I wanted to know if I could benefit from any additional advantages or discounts?

*

Our response: As you will have noticed, we specialise in the sale of sweets and confectionery in bulk packaging for resale in bulk, by weight or by the piece. We work exclusively with professionals and our prices are already very low. We are reducing our margins because all our customers only order large volumes and several times a year.

But to reward our regular customers, we have introduced a loyalty points system that can be converted into a voucher.

As a new customer, you will have the same advantages as all our customers. For additional discounts, you'll need to be a loyal customer and accumulate loyalty points!

5 - Can I have a paper catalogue?

*

Our response: We don't have a paper catalogue to send you, but you can download our catalogue in PDF format, which you can print out and leaf through. This catalogue is updated at the same time as our website, so you'll find the same products.

6 - Why do I need to enter my VAT number?

*

Our response: In accordance with European tax regulations, from March 2023, you will be asked for an Intracommunity VAT number to validate an order for delivery outside France, without VAT. Simply add it to all your delivery addresses by clicking here: https://www.bonbonrama.com/fr/adresses. Without this VAT number, you will be charged the French tax (20% or 5.5% depending on the type of product).

7 - How do I retrieve and download my invoices?

*

Our response: Go to your customer account, then to order histories. A list of all your orders is displayed, along with the corresponding invoice, which can be downloaded by clicking on the PDF icon.

We do not send invoices to the accounts department. The people in this department must contact the owner of the account and obtain the account details in order to access the invoices.
