A BBE? Or Best Before End Date? What is it?
Firstly, there is no Use By Date on confectionery, but rather a BBE or Best Before End date (Minimum Durability Date or Optimal Use By Date).

*********
The BBE is an indication from the manufacturer that allows them to guarantee all taste or nutritional qualities if the sweet is consumed before the indicated date. Once this date has passed, it is not prohibited to sell the product, nor is it dangerous to consume it. For example, in the case of gummies, you may notice that the sweet may be less soft, drier or less fragrant over time.
Furthermore, as we receive stock every day, and we have nearly 600 references in our catalogue (and this number continues to grow), it is impossible for us to update each product sheet every time a pallet runs out and we start a new one. To reassure you, please note that manufacturers display BBE dates of 2 or 3 years and we order each reference between one and 10 times per year. And in cases where a sweet does not sell as well as we would have hoped and the BBE date approaches (less than 4 months, on average), we quickly discount the product, and we indicate this on the website.
