Orders paid after 8:30 am will be dispatched the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
If you have any instructions regarding your delivery times, it is important to enter them in the "Comments" section at the bottom of the "delivery" page when placing your order.
There is no delivery at the weekend. Delivery times are counted in working days and from the date of departure from our warehouses.

The GLS FLEX DELIVERY service allows you to track and manage your delivery yourself. You will receive an alert 24 hours before the delivery and you will be able to change the delivery day or address. This service is not available for shipments outside France.

large orders (+ 60 kg gross) or when a fragile or bulky item is ordered.
The order must reach a minimum of 30 kg gross * to be eligible for dispatch:
If a product considered fragile or bulky is in your basket, your order will need to be shipped on a Pallet. However, for it to arrive in good condition, it must weigh a minimum of 30 kg. Otherwise, the risk of it being damaged during handling would be too great.

For Pallet shipments to CORSICA, our carrier is ROCCA TRANSPORT. The delivery time is approximately one week.
